I have to be honest I missed the first half of the series with Chris Eccleston, since then I got in on dvd and I admit he was a truly brilliant Doctor. Still DT is way Shmexxier!

I looooved Christopher Eccleston as the Doctor. I like him as the doctor better than David but I like looking at David much MUCH more.

He made it clear through how he acted how much he felt for Rose, with David it was there but not as apparent.

But I still loves me some David Tennant

I guess though if he did actually get to say i love you it would spoil alot of peoples enjoyment of the show. Quite a lot of people enjoy the whole does he, doesn't he love her. And by not letting him say that it leaves everybody thinking whether it was i love you that he was going to say.

i loved eccleston, he was such a sweetie, him and rose were great together. when i first heard he was going to be replaced i was like awww and i watched his regeneration, and i was like *he won't be as good.* but i think david is such a great actor, and a better doctor ;D plus he is gorgeous ;D

Eccleston was brilliant at bringing the Doctor back to our screens but Tennant did an even better job at becoming our generation's Doctor.
